三、项目内容：
招收60名外国留学生，其中印度生源不多于当年实际招生总数的三分之一；
Enroll 60 students for GMU (among which the number of Indian students should not exceed one third of the total actual enrollment).
四、项目最高投标限价：
招生报酬每生不多于该生第一年学费的25%；
Recruitment fee for each student should be no more than 25% of the first year tuition.
五、投标人资质及要求：
1、境外公司优先考虑，至少成立10周年以上（Foreign company is preferred. Established at least 5 years.）；
2、招生经验丰富，至少曾为3家以上高校招生（Creditworthy，experienced in recruitment of students, at least enrolled students for three universities.）；
3、不接受联合投标。
